$300mln Mar Casa is located in Dubai Maritime City
Dubai-based Deyaar Development announced on Wednesday the launch of its first seafront project ‘Mar Casa,’ at a total investment of 1.1 billion UAE dirhams ($300 million).
The 52-floor residential tower is located in Dubai Maritime City, the developer said in a press statement.
Deyaar Development CEO Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami: “Through this project, we are pleased to offer more real estate investment opportunities to a broader base of new owners and investors interested in owning residential units that adopt the concept of sustainability in addition to luxury.”
Sustainability elements, the statement said, include daylight integration, energy efficient light fixtures, superior indoor air quality, energy-efficient MEP systems, non-toxic construction materials and smart homes equipped with advanced IP intercoms, and smart access and lighting control systems.
Last week, Deyaar had announced the appointment of the main contractor for its AED 515 million ($140 million) Tria luxury residential tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). The 32-storey integrated residential project is set for completion in 2025. |
