The envelopes for the international public bidding were opened from the junction of provincial route No. 46 (Rahue) and the bridge over the Aluminé river, in Pilo Lil, included in the Federal Regional Infrastructure Program that has financing from CAF -Development Bank of Latin America. 36 kilometers will be paved.
The opening of the economic proposals corresponding to the international tender for the section from the junction of provincial route No. 46 (Rahue) and the bridge over the Aluminé river (Pilo Lil) of the paving work of the provincial route No. 46 (Rahue) was developed today. ° 23. The act was held at the Provincial Unit for Liaison and Execution of Projects with External Financing (Upefe).
The work is included in the Federal Regional Infrastructure Program, with financing from the Federal Regional Infrastructure Trust Fund (FFFIR) and CAF-Development Bank of Latin America. It will have a budget of 5,227,821,227 pesos and a total of 36 kilometers will be paved.
The type of improvements includes two items, reconstruction of basic work, construction of sewers and execution of paved road in asphalt concrete folder. Their objective is to improve the conditions of the route, especially in the winter season, as a result of the intense snowfall.
The route represents the access to the towns of Aluminé and Junín de los Andes, and is also a tourist attraction for its landscapes. Provincial Route No. 23, on the other hand, communicates with Zapala through Provincial Route No. 13 and National Routes No. 234 and No. 40.
Bid opening ceremony
The opening of offers was attended by Upefe, its president Jorge Ferrería; the provincial director of Project Planning, Cecilia Barrera; the Provincial Legal and Technical Director, Viviana Ponce and the General Director of Legal Affairs, Ángela Ferri. In addition, Nelson Damiani participated -for the Undersecretary of Public Services-, and the Government Notary General, Ana Gabriela Sandoval, gave her approval of the act.
By virtue of the opinion of admissibility and qualification issued by the evaluation commission, it was reported that envelope B was opened for those companies that reached the minimum score required by the bidding specifications. They were RJ Ingeniería-CN Sapag SA in joint venture and Perfil SRL, remaining for the consideration of the final evaluation by the commission.
