Aa Concentrator Market
The Neuquén Concentrator Market began a new infrastructure work to enlarge its facilities, which will expand the product offer and improve the logistics of operation and circulation within the property.
It is the "South Warehouse", designed mainly as a space for storage and storage of merchandise for current operators, or new investors who want to enter the market.
This new space will have 30 sheds with all services, 5 meters wide by 12 meters deep each, ideal measurements for storing fruits and vegetables, cold rooms or new points of sale for all kinds of items in the agri-food industry. .
Two weeks after the start of the work, the movement of soil is being carried out so that the stalls with all the underground services and the piping of the internal channel are completed in 5 months. Then, whoever requests the space to market their products or for storage, must make the relevant investment for the construction of the shed according to the typology that is stipulated in the general project.
In this way, the Market will be able to expand its surface area and logistics capacity, for current and new operators, by an additional 1,800 m2 covered. There, more than 100 new jobs can be generated in the new premises, and a greater variety of products necessary for the industry can be offered, such as packaging supplies, seeds, tools, nurseries, agricultural products, etc.
For the development of this project, the Market allocated an investment of 35 million pesos in the basic works. Then, whoever builds the structure of the shed must invest one and a half million pesos for the building development, with lease contracts for terms greater than 30 years to guarantee the recovery of the investment.
In the last 3 months, the Neuquén Concentrator Market had an income volume of almost 7 million kilos of fresh and quality food. With this new work, it will be able to expand its operational capacity and continue to position itself as the main supply market for fruits and vegetables in all of Patagonia, with coverage throughout the Alto Valle de Río Negro and Neuquén and reaching up to the Trevelin area, by mountain range, and Río Gallegos, along the coast. |
