Smartworks has leased 56,000 sq ft office space at Nehru Nagar in Ahmedabad to open its new centre in March, 2023.
The workspace will be equipped with a plethora of services and amenities to fulfil the requirement of MNCs across sectors, which are fuelling the demand.
The Noida-based shared office space provider has showcased it capability to offer scalable and agile business solutions by expanding in key markets. The foray into Ahmedabad is the companys third venture among the tier-II cities, after adding Jaipur and Indore to its portfolio in the current financial year. Overall, with the new centre, the company has established its presence in 12 cities.
