Bids for Public Tender 1/22 were received for the purpose of contracting the infrastructure networks for the social subdivision that the Municipality will develop in District 3 of the Meseta.
Jorge Baner, manager of Accounting Administration and Legal Affairs, explained that these works include gas, electricity, sewers, water, gravel roads and gutter cordon. The new subdivision is located on the Meseta bordering the Z1 neighborhood and will be able to house 224 families.
"This corresponds to the demand that the Municipal Institute of Urbanism and Habitat has, where we carry out a registry of people in need of lots and the idea is to award beneficiaries who meet the requirements of the law," added the official.
Regarding the process, he indicated that each of the offers will be evaluated and that they estimate that the winning company will be known by the end of January.
"Then it will be necessary to carry out procedures in the Nation because it is a work 80 percent financed by the Land Access plan," added Baner, who indicated that the budget allocated is 440 million pesos. |
