Western Railway has invited bids for gauge conversion work of Samni-Jambusar section of Vadodara Division on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis.
The scope of work extends to all civil engineering work involving earth work, blanketing, cutting side drain, toe wall for formation, minor bridge work, major bridge, road under bridges, road over bridges, track linking with supply of materials except rails, ballast supply, station buildingplatforms, cover shed, foot over bridge, service building, staff quarters, circulating area, watering, sanitations complete from Samni to Jambusar in connection with sanctioned work of gauge conversion between Samni and Jambusar covering a total length of 24.08 km.
The estimated cost is Rs 249.93 crore and the contract completion period is 26 months. |
