The provincial government published the call for tenders for the second stage of the construction of the new building for the security agency of the city of Paraná. The investment exceeds 467 million pesos.

The Ministry of Planning, Infrastructure and Services, through the Undersecretary of Architecture and Construction, published the call for Public Tender No. 38/2022 to finalize the new establishment of the Departmental Police Headquarters, which is located at Calle Laprida 460, from the city of Parana. The work has an official budget of $467,396,604.12 and an execution period of 300 calendar days.
"The works plan drawn up by Governor Gustavo Bordet advances in a concrete way, and this time with this work that will allow the construction of the new building of the Paraná Police Departmental Headquarters to be completed," said the Minister of Planning, Marcelo Richard .
Within this framework, the head of the Planning portfolio remarked that "the articulated work that we carry out from our ministry with each area of ??government that requires the execution of works is essential, and in particular, the work carried out with the authorities of the Police in order to execute the total works for the completion of the building”.
The opening of envelopes will take place on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Ministry of Planning, Infrastructure and Services, located on the 1st floor of the Government House, in the city of Paraná.
The work has a progress that includes the total execution of the structure with the external closings revoked. Also, the exterior openings are already in place.
Technical details of the work
The new Departmental Police Headquarters of Paraná will occupy a total area of ??3,402.75 m2. The establishment that houses the offices is 2,295 square meters, the remaining space is divided between the patio area and the parking area.
This second stage to be tendered includes the total works for the completion of the building. This includes the execution of interior dividing walls, placement of floors, exterior pavements, openings, ceilings, sanitary and electrical installations, storm drains, central air conditioning system, and placement of elevators. In addition, the existing building where the police museum works, located in front of the property, will be renovated.
The main entrance to the building is through Laprida street for pedestrian circulation, while the entrance with vehicles is through the parking area, located at the back of the property.

The acquisition of specifications is carried out at the Administrative Budget Office of the Undersecretariat of Architecture and Construction of the City of Paraná in the Department of Paraná, Telephone (0343)-4208057 from 07:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., until November 23, 2022.
