Two firms appeared in the certification for the construction of the municipal building in what will be the future Technological Pole of Neuquén. The offers will be known in the first days of November and the work will begin before the end of the year, informed the coordinator of Municipal Management, Gastón Contardi.

"The two companies qualified, according to the technical conditions that were requested," said Contardi. One of the firms is Roque Mocciola, and the other is a joint venture made up of OMEGA in partnership with another firm.
This is the tender for the structure of the building of about 3,400 meters that will include the Infotech cluster, plus classrooms, workshops and laboratories. The official budget is 372 million pesos.
The economic offers will be opened in the first week of November, while the municipality calculates that in 25 days it could be starting the execution of the work located on the plateau, in the vicinity of District II. The second stage, of openings and completions, will go out to tender in the coming months.
In parallel, when the construction of the building that is in the tender begins, the companies Sima and Sancor will start the construction of 1,700 covered square meters that will be done on behalf and private initiative for the development of technology and businesses linked to hydrocarbon exploitation. in the zone.
A third building to be built by agreement between the Nation and Copade will be later. Contardi highlighted the initiative of the UTN and Flores universities to advance in the vicinity with buildings that will be their own headquarters to form a sector that "will be a district for the development of science and technology."
