The project to be tendered involves the expansion and optimization of sanitation networks through the construction of lifting stations and a biological filter.
The call for National Public Tender was made for the work: “Sewer System Construction. 2nd Stage in Colonia Elía”, department of Uruguay, Entre Ríos, a project that will be executed within the framework of the PROFESA program, thanks to an approximate investment of $99 million. The administrative task was carried out by provincial officials, through the Ministry of Planning, Infrastructure and Services.
The reception of offers and the subsequent opening of envelopes will take place on September 30 in the aforementioned municipality, at 11 am. The works to be carried out have a term of execution of 365 calendar days and involve the extension of the sanitation networks in two sectors of the city, the construction of two lifting stations and the installation of discharge pipes.
In addition, based on analyzes that showed that the current system was operating at the limit of its capacity, the construction of a second biological filter was defined in an area far from the town and close to a stream where the treated liquids are discharged, anticipating a higher population density. The new infrastructure will consist of: a dividing chamber, two septic chambers, unblocking chambers, two biological filters, among others. |
