The uncertainty in July triggered the cost of public works in the Province. The works are the core of the 2023 campaign of Hace por Córdoba.

In July, the most important increases occurred in cement (7.65%), asphalt (6.25%), cables (12.2%), concrete (6.35 %), aggregates (8.97%), plastic products (10.9%), insulators (17.13%) and aerial conductors (11.35%).
The average increase of the items surveyed was 8.65% in July. The average increase of the surveyed indicators is not a general index, since they have a variable incidence depending on the type of work. However, it serves to have a parameter to monitor the evolution of prices.
The construction companies, when a work reaches a 10% gap in prices (previously it was 5%) according to a special polynomial formula for each type of work, they can claim a redetermination of the contract for the balance. |
