Public Tender No. 012/2022 opened this Friday, July 1, with an official budget of $5,700,000. It involves 300 m3 of Concrete H-21 for sidewalks in Villa Libertad between Av. Belgrano and Av. Padre Gallay and in other public spaces in the city.
The opening of envelopes took place at 10 am on the upper floor of the municipal building, with the presence of the Secretary of Government and Finance María Elisa Moix; the person in charge of the Purchasing Department, Natalia Bustos, the person in charge of the Government Area, Blanca Alarcón, and representatives of the bidding companies.
Envelope No. 1 corresponds to the company Chavi SA, with address at Avenida Belgrano No. 520 in our city, for an amount of $5,532,600.- to be paid in cash against delivery of the invoice, with maintenance of the offer for 30 calendar days.
Envelope No. 2 belongs to Hormigones Concepción SRL with address at Ruta Nacional 14 Km 323, Chajarí Industrial Area, presenting a budget of $5,078,700.- to be paid in cash against invoice. This offer is valid for 5 business days. As is customary in each call for public tenders carried out by the city government, the proposals received are now analyzed by the Permanent Award Commission.
This work of sidewalks on Villa Libertad Avenue between Belgrano Avenue and Padre Gallay Avenue, is added to the paving work that has been carried out on 6 blocks of said avenue, between Dr. Casillas Avenue and Mexico Street, in the Tagüé neighborhood area. . Work that was approved by the Deliberative Council in the extraordinary session of February 2 of this year, after treating the project presented by the Municipal Executive in the Treasury Commission. The work, with which a total of 547 meters of paving will be completed, had been presented to the neighbors in front on January 26, at 8:00 p.m., in the neighborhoods Community Hall. |
