The Government of La Pampa, through a decree signed by Governor Sergio Ziliotto, awarded the expansion and refurbishment work of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the Gobernador Centeno Hospital in General Pico to the firm "Guerrero José Luis". The work, at January values, has a budget of 305,263,398 pesos, and an execution period of 540 days.
Through the last Official Gazette, decree 1745 was released, approving the public tender 01/22 called by the General Directorate of Public Works, dependent on the Ministry of Public Works and Services.
On February 16, the works in the Maternity and Pediatrics area of ??the Piquense Hospital were put out to tender. The company that was awarded the work was the only one that submitted to the tender.
The local mayor, Fernanda Alonso, participated in the act of opening envelopes; and the ministers Mario Kohan (Health) and Ariel Rauschenberger (Government and Justice).
In the middle of the previous year, Ziliotto announced the work that will double the capacity of beds in the maternity and pediatrics area. That same day, he announced the construction of a new hospital for the city, which will be located in the Federal neighborhood.
The work, of more than 600 square meters, includes the modification of the existing sectors destined to the operation of the pediatric hospitalization rooms, and a place destined to intensive care connected with a guard room pavilion. In addition, the pavilions for pediatric admissions, ICU, nursing and annexes will be expanded. |
