The municipality will invest $444 million in a green space

The construction of the La Familia linear park (a new green space that the residents of Neuquén capital) will demand, from the municipality, an investment of exactly 444,106,055.34 pesos and will have an execution period of 360 calendar days.
This is detailed in the decree with which the mayor Mariano Gaido awarded the work to Codam SA, a company that won the public tender to which three construction companies had submitted, one of which was rejected for not having completed the requirements that were established in the specifications.
The municipality had planned to spend just over 372.9 million pesos, but the inflation that reaches everything triggered costs and will end up paying 71.2 million pesos above the budgeted amount. Even so, the offer of this company was the most convenient for the municipal coffers.
Just a few weeks ago, Gaido and Governor Omar Gutiérrez jointly presented this work that will lead to an improvement in the quality of life of those who live in the Industrial Park area. As explained, it is a park of 750 linear meters that will have 2,700 trees, ping pong tables, aerobic stations, a skate park, internal and perimeter concrete paths, benches and tables, areas for the recreation of the smallest , eleven-a-side soccer fields and five-a-side soccer fields, drinking fountains, public lighting, a gazebo and even a space for food carts. |
