The project includes the execution of the following complementary works in the North and South Collectors (already built), in order to enable them to serve:
NORTH COLLECTOR
– Pumping Station 1: Provision and placement of submersible electric pump, with base elbow, guide pipes, upper support and discharge pipe. Provision and placement of level sensors. Provision and placement of control panel and connection of the pump and sensors to it. Panel connection to the electrical network. The civil works of this pumping station (a cylindrical reinforced concrete pumping chamber with a metal access cover) have already been completed.
– Pumping Station 2: Construction of a cylindrical pumping chamber in reinforced concrete, with a metal access cover. Connection to the inlet pipe from the existing lock valve and outlet chamber. Provision and placement of submersible electric pump, with base elbow, guide pipes, upper support and discharge pipe. Provision and placement of level sensors. Provision and placement of control panel and connection of the pump and sensors to it. Panel connection to the electrical network.
. SOUTH COLLECTOR
– Drive: Provision and placement of drive pipe (PVC 160 mm in diameter) from Pumping Station No. 4 to the existing manhole located at the intersection of Carlos Casares and Tavoloni streets.
– Connection branch: Provision and placement of a branch (PVC collector 250 mm in diameter) from the corner of Maldonado and Belgrano to the manhole of the South Collector located at the corner of Quintana and Guardias Nacionales de Junín, with the respective manholes. log along the trace. This branch will work under gravity.
– Pumping stations: Assembly of 4 prefabricated GRP pumping stations, which are stored in the Obras Sanitarias depot. Placement of control panel and connection of pumps and sensors to it. Panel connection to the electrical network (includes measurement pillar construction according to current local regulations).
The delivery pipe of the South Collector will be connected to the existing 400 mm diameter PVC collector at the manhole located on the corner of Carlos Casares and Tavoloni. Both the discharge pipe and the connection branch will be installed on a dirt road.
