Perimeter defense for María Susana: six companies bid for the work
The work includes a perimeter ring that regulates water excesses and a gravel road on it. Channels will also be reconditioned and drains will be built to build the perimeter defense in the town of María Susana, located in the west of San Martín department.
The offers
Six companies were presented to carry out the work. With an official budget of $132,730,299.48 and an execution period of 10 months, DEROSARIO SERVICIOS SRL quoted $122,325,003.15; WINKELMANN SRL quoted $188,277,817.92, this same company presents as an alternative offer the sum of $177,601,298.74; ENGINEERING AND SERVICES DELGADO SA quoted $148,899,618.17; ICA SRL quoted $174,292,717.12; EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA PILATTI SA quoted $146,135,712.55; and a sixth and last offer corresponding to the firm COCYAR SA who quoted the sum of $176,005,751.74.
A millionaire work
The work in question will demand an official investment of 132,730,299.48 pesos. The Undersecretary of Water Development and Basin Committee, Mariano Diez, who accompanied the Secretary of Water Resources, Roberto Gioria, in the act of opening the envelopes, had explained about the project: "It contemplates the execution of the defense itself plus the system of canals diverting the water surplus that comes from the rural area. There will be an increase in the height of the crest of the perimeter roads of María Susana and two channels will be built: one that will divert the surpluses to the Salvay channel, and another canalization that will divert the surpluses to the María Susana channel.
