Paving, sewers and pedestrian paths will be executed in the dock of Unit III
The Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Services and Habitat of the Province carried out the opening of offers to carry out paving works, sewers and pedestrian paths in the dock of Unit III, of the port of Villa Constitución.
The pedestrian path will be made up of two lateral concrete cordons and an asphalt concrete layer applied on a granular base. There will be 752 meters of cordon, 1,767.20 m2 of granular base and 1,767.20 m2 of asphalt layer. The official budget is $6,889,194.41 and the execution period is 90 calendar days.
On the other hand, gutter cordon, speed bumps, granular base and asphalt layer will be executed, corresponding to the execution of the second trail of the central artery and dividing stone. 514 linear meters will be built between ridges and speed bumps, 2,259 m2 of granular base and 1,757 m2 of 5 cm thick asphalt layer. Its official budget is $10,630,314.28 and its execution period is 90 calendar days.
The port will also have a sewage network, building residential collectors of the sewage network in the different block fronts of the port area, with the corresponding inspection cameras. 680 linear meters of sewage networks will be built. The official budget is $7,107,062.34 and its execution period is 90 calendar days.
THE OFFERS
For the pavement work, three bidders were presented: the first offer corresponded to the firm De Rosarios Servicios SRL, which quoted $13,529,336.70. The second offer was presented by the company Electro Constructora SRL, with $13,415,170.77; and the third corresponded to Edeca SA, with $18,482,603.
With respect to the sewage network work, four bidders were presented: the first offer was from the firm Casfer SA, which quoted $8,447,686.53, while the second was from De Rosario Servicios SRL, with $9,603,773, 05; the third was Electro Constructora SRL, with $7,859,704.59, and the fourth corresponded to Edeca SA, with $14,099,866.60.
Finally, for the construction works of pedestrian paths, three proposals were presented, whose first offeror was the company De Rosario Servicios SRL, with $8,808,502.35; the second was Electro Constructora SRL, with $8,665,765.36, while the third was also Edeca SA, which quoted $12,173,520.98. |
