The works contemplate the construction of six type pavilions, with a covered area of ??585.10 square meters and an intervened open area of ??405.20 square meters.
The design defines an integral space under equal conditions and that is formalized, in principle, with a reinforced concrete floor with a mechanical metal trowel finish that ensures its hygiene and safety conditions. The walls are defined by precast reinforced concrete structures that include thermal material to ensure adequate control between the temperature outside and inside at different times of the year.
The roof is made up of a precast concrete structure made up of precast and prestressed columns and beams and as a roof surface it is planned to place, between beams, prestressed hollow-core slab-type panels and, then leaving an air chamber, it is placed a metallic structure finished with zinc-plated trapezoidal sheets. On the other hand, wind extractors are placed that allow to remove the hot air in summer and ventilate the place without energy cost.
In the center of the building, all the services and technical issues of necessary mechanical operation are defined. Also, it is planned to incorporate as many sustainable mechanical elements as possible (solar hot water tanks and photovoltaic panels).
