According to Bidding Newspapers data, from 2015 up to now, Viet Duc Friendship Hospital announced to offer 4 bidding packages / machine-ordering projects in the form of LDLK.
Specifically, at the end of November 2015, the Hospital offered to offer 2 bidding packages, including: Package of Linking with two cranial nerve drilling systems under the LDLK Machine Placing Project in the form of benefit sharing revenue (package price is 3.9 billion dong); Package 02: Brain and brain surgery drilling system under the LDLK Machine Placing Project in the form of profit sharing in 2015-2021 (package price is 3.9 billion VND).
At the end of 2015, the Hospital invited the Bidding Package of Linking to place a system of microsurgery for neurosurgery, skull, and spine under the Project of Machine Placing in the form of LDLK to divide benefits on revenue (package price is 5 billion). Then, in April 2016, it was the Link Bidding Package that placed 01 system including laser dispersion machine, ultrasound machine, ureter lens, transdermal lens, and a booster pump used to deploy stone lithography technique. through the skin of a small tunnel with ultrasonic navigation under the LDLK Machine Placing Project in the form of hiring a machine shift (package price is 4 billion VND).
The bidding packages / projects mentioned above are implemented within 6 years from the date of signing the contract. Capital source is the investor mobilizing capital. However, up to now, information about the winning investor in the above bidding packages has not been made public.
Also in the above period, the Hospital also announced the invitation to bid / offer a number of bidding packages for procurement of goods, consulting, and non-consulting services using socialization capital funded by the hospital staff contribute; socialized medical services revenues; socialization capital in the form of competitive offering (CTCT) / open bidding (ROR).
Specifically, in November 2015, the Hospital invited for the package of Maintenance of the Siemens tomography system - SOMATOM Spirit Power using the capital contributed by the hospital staff and staff.
In 2016, the Hospital selected contractor (LCNT) to carry out 3 procurement packages (Package 1 Procurement of computerized tomography system> = 16 slices / rotation; Procurement of spare parts) replacement for Siemens nuclear magnetic resonance imaging system - MAGNETOM Avanto; Package 1 Procurement of computerized tomography system> = 16 slices / rotation). Next, in 2017, the Hospital invited 3 packages of procurement of goods (Package of Supplying spare parts for computerized tomography system at the treatment area using the simplified CHCT form; Package 1 purchase of cholangioscopy using RR method; Package 1 Providing computerized tomography system> = 16 slices / rotation, applying RR).
Rarely, until recently, the hospital did not publish the results of LCNT of 2 LDLK projects on its website and the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance, in which 1 project selected LDLK partners to invest and exploit 4 pages medical equipment.
