The purpose of the law n ° 2014-774 of July 7, 2014, known as the Didier Law, is to support the local authorities by distributing between the owners or managers of the roads carried by the structure and breached the responsibilities and financial charges relating to the structures. recovery.
The implementation of this law begins with a census of all the works for reestablishing the tracks in the territory. Following the publication on 1 st August 2019 a provisional census consultation phase was opened with local authorities so that he can if necessary be completed in light of comments received from local authorities, particularly with regard works not listed in the provisional census. Between 1 st August and 31 December 2019 the authorities have seized and the Minister of the situation of over 3,200 books.
After instruction of these observations by the State services and its operators, the decree listing the restoration works was signed on July 22.
