Suárez met with representatives of the Techint company, which could participate in the bidding documents and also with representatives of Panedile. -IMPSA was the owner of the TCA wire harness factory. With the fall of the industrial promotion regime, the Mendoza company sold the TCA factory to Delphi, a company that belongs to the vulture fund that pecked Argentina, Elliot Managment.
