The provincial government, through Roads, published the call for bids for the reconstruction of access to Maciá from Provincial Route No. 6, in the Tala department. It is more than 10 km and will represent an investment of more than 375 million pesos.
The Provincial Roads Directorate (DPV), in charge of Alicia Benítez, published the corresponding call for Public Tender No. 03/20, which provides for the reconstruction of the road that connects RP No. 6 with the town of Maciá. The opening ceremony of the offers will take place on June 11 at 10 am at the Agro-technical School N ° 51 Gobernador Maciá.
Regarding the characteristics of the work, the project includes the reconstruction of the road network belonging to the Maciá access, from Provincial Route No. 6, in an approximate length of 10,860 meters. In this sense, it is planned to start with the recycling of the existing road that will be used as a sub-base and on this layer to place a base of calcareous soil. Subsequently, an asphalt material base and asphalt material folder will be built, thus forming the structural package of the new work, which will bear the expected traffic loads.
The execution of a nozzle with asphalt pavement located at the beginning of the section, intersection with RP No. 6, as well as a nozzle at the end of the section, is proposed, improving the conditions of entry, exit and turn.
In addition, various tasks of rectification of ditches, clearing, removal, cleaning of terrain, placement of metal guardrails for defense, as well as the corresponding horizontal and vertical marking are planned. Concrete cords will also be built to protect the edges of the pavement. |
