In 2019, Dong Nai has 3,660 bidding packages funded by the state budget, including 365 bidding packages for non-advisory services, 2,318 consultancy bidding packages, 318 bidding packages for goods procurement, 637 construction and installation packages, and 22 Mixed bidding package. The total price of the bidding package is 8,047,094 million VND, the total winning price is 7,106,305 million VND, the saving value is 940,789 million VND, reaching the saving rate of 11,69%.
Out of 704 bidding packages using the procurement capital, there are 46 bidding packages for non-advisory services, 430 packages for consultancy services, 151 packages for procurement of goods and 77 packages for construction. The total price of the bidding package is 4,508,870 million VND, the total winning value is 3,676,677 million VND, achieving an saving rate of 18.46%, equivalent to 832,193 million VND.
In order to get the above-mentioned savings results in bidding, Dong Nai province pays special attention and focuses on guiding and seriously guiding the implementation of bidding, with 14 documents issued in 2019. Promote online bidding activities
Of the 14 directives issued by the Provincial Peoples Committee and the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province on bidding work, issued in the past year, 10 documents mentioned online bidding activities. According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province, in 2019, the number of bidding packages using state capital choosing contractors online was 208 packages out of a total of 711 bidding packages applying the forms of competitive bidding and open bidding, reached the rate of 29.25%. The total bidding package price of the tender packages through bidding is 941,537 million VND, accounting for 12.33% of the total package price of the number of bidding packages applying the form of open bidding and competitive offers (7,638. 078 million dong).
Out of 159 bidding packages using regular procurement capital in the past year, Dong Nai applied online bidding for 47 packages, accounting for 29.56%. The total value of these packages is 126,635 million VND, reaching 2.85%.
Although it has not met the roadmap for selecting contractors online at the request of the Provincial Peoples Committee, the result is much higher than previous years.
Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment said that by 2020, the proportion of online bidding packages will continue to rise. In Dong Nai, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is considered to be the leading unit in conducting online bidding.
