Work Detail Industry-specific software, unparalleled customer retention rates and a SaaS-based business model helped Orchestra Software climb the ranks in 2016 to earn the no. 1236 spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. This marks the third consecutive year on the list for Orchestra Software, which generated $5.2M in revenue.

Since 2008, Orchestra Software has developed software to replace generic book keeping software, spreadsheets and web applications with an all-in-one solution tailored to the unique processes and requirements of craft beverage manufacturers.

Orchestra Software solutions are deemed the industry standard for business management software in the craft beverage space. Company president, Brad Windecker cites continued industry mergers, increased competition and a growing reputation as key factors behind Orchestra’s growing prevalence:

“Industry consolidation and increased competition has prompted small business like craft breweries to reevaluate their current business processes, tools and other systems,” said Windecker. “We provide a proven, scalable platform for companies of all sizes, across varying industries, to analyze every aspect of their business. Streamlining and automating the mundane processes is critical in today’s increasingly competitive landscape.”

While alternatives may provide short term relief, Orchestra’s all-in-one solutions provide a long term, scalable platform for businesses, as evidenced by an annual customer attrition rate of less than one percent. These combined factors formulate a successful long-tail revenue model for Orchestra.

“Our SaaS business model is set up in such a way to ensure growth,” added Windecker. “Based on the historical success of this model, we anticipate to be among the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies for years to come.”

The consistent growth will also allow Orchestra Software to have a local impact as well by increasing its workforce nearly 30% by the end of 2016.
