The Judicial Branch of Entre Ríos has called for a public tender for the execution of the first stage of the “Structure Work of the New Court Building of the city of Gualeguaychú”. For its execution, it set an official budget of 170,337,822.33 pesos, prepared based on prices in force last July.
The call was made through Resolution No. 382/19 of the Superintendency Court of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). To participate in Public Bid No. 18/19, interested companies must purchase the tender document, at a cost of 5,000 pesos, at the STJ Office of Purchasing and Advice, located on the first floor of the Courts of Paraná (Laprida 251) .
The work is part of the Masterplan for the edification of the Judicial Branch of Entre Ríos. The architectural project is being prepared by the STJ Building Planning and Infrastructure Area and in its executive development it has the collaboration of professionals from the Provincial Executing Unit (UEP), based on an agreement with the Ministry of Planning, Infrastructure and Services of the province.
Its execution will be carried out in a property located in Puerto Argentino street corner Perito Moreno, assigned by the Superior Government of Entre Ríos for the exclusive use of the Judiciary. The objective will be to gather in the same building all the agencies of the jurisdiction, ending the rental of eight properties, which demand the disbursement of 344,337 pesos per month.
The works must be executed within 840 calendar days and will have a 12 month guarantee. Meanwhile, technical consultations may be carried out daily, from 7 to 13, in the Planning Area - which operates in front of the Purchasing Office - or by calling (0343) 4206161/62.
The opening of offers will be on November 21, at 11, in the Assembly Hall of the Judiciary, on the second floor of the Courts of Paraná. |
