October 10 at 12:00 in Pskov in the sports and entertainment park "Prostoria" (Irkutsk Pereulok 2) a major event will be held for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. JSC “Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises” (SME corporation), together with partners and with the support of the administration of the Pskov region, will hold a seminar on the topic: “Participation of SMEs in the procurement of certain types of legal entities under Federal Law No. 223-FZ” in accordance with Federal Law No. 223 “On Procurement of Goods, Work, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities”. This was reported to the Pskov information agency by the organizers of the event.
The event will be an open platform for dialogue between entrepreneurs and federal companies: SME corporations, the largest customers represented in the Pskov region, and representatives of electronic trading platforms.
The seminar will be useful for managers and employees of enterprises and organizations, individual entrepreneurs, as well as specialists responsible for conducting procurement procedures, employees of the procurement and supply departments, sales departments, lawyers and all interested specialists. Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses will be able to personally ask questions and receive answers on the features of work in the procurement system in accordance with 223-FZ, taking into account current changes in legislation and existing practice. The seminar will also reveal opportunities for using additional financial instruments, including increasing working capital from SME Bank JSC.
Within the framework of the seminar, it is planned: to analyze in detail the main aspects of the current procurement law; Get answers to difficult questions of procurement practice, which are equally relevant for both first-time participating companies and experienced suppliers-SMEs; to discuss the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Pskov and the Pskov region in the procurement of major state corporations; to study the features of procurement provisions, the procedure for participation in tenders and conclusion of contracts.
The event will bring together representatives of the administration of the Pskov Region, SME Corporation, the largest customers in the region, public associations of entrepreneurs, as well as electronic trading platforms, representatives of other structures working in the field of supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
As a result of the seminar, each participant will receive relevant knowledge and understanding of effective working tools to win in the procurement procedures of state corporations, get acquainted with those who repeatedly participated and won in procurement. Presentation and teaching materials will be available for further use to all students.
