The envelopes were opened with the offers for the work that implies an investment of more than 31 million pesos and that will benefit more than 16 thousand santafesinos.
Governor Miguel Lifschitz led, in the framework of the Northern Plan, the opening of envelopes with the offers submitted for the expansion of the river water treatment system for the city of Tostado. The works, which will benefit more than 16 thousand Santa Fe, imply an investment of $ 31,421,724.17 and have an execution period of four months, from the date of commencement of work.
The four bidders were: Bridge Hydrogen SA, $ 29,326,028.11; Empresa Constructora Pilatti SA $ 23,979,687.10; Projection Electroluz SRL, $ 23,214,198.69 and Aguas y Procesos SA, $ 13,694,449.56.
“Our management incorporated a federal vision of the province, looking carefully at each region and each locality: even the smallest ones have works and projects that we could face in these four years and particularly in the north of Santa Fe, which we set as a goal a priority with the launch of the Northern Plan, ”said Lifschitz.
“We were able to quickly develop a comprehensive project for the three departments, collecting initiatives that already existed and relieving the most important needs, and from there we set to work to fulfill those projects. Finishing our management, we can say with satisfaction that we comply with most of the things raised and if we could not do them, we will leave them underway or with the projects completed, tendered or with secured financing so that the next government has the way paved to give them continuity, so that the Northern Plan is a true state policy. ”
“The Plan del Norte, in the future, will have to incorporate other initiatives and review it periodically, but what cannot change is the decision to continue investing and prioritizing infrastructure works in the north of Santa Fe; that has to be sustained for the next decades to achieve the objective of having a more balanced province in its levels of development and opportunities ”.
Lifschitz also referred to the provincial governments commitment to sustain public work, which "is not only an answer to the problems that each locality has, but, behind each work, there are families that depend on a salary to support their home," He explained, while ensuring that "we will continue working" to solve the outstanding problems and accelerate the projects initiated.
As for the tender, the mayor of Tostado, Enrique Mualem, recalled that when he assumed, he began “to work with all the institutions of the city in the project of total replacement of pipes, which was carried out in stages: the first was inaugurated last year and signed this commitment to acquire for the cooperative this plant of color and turbidity, whose envelopes were opened ”.
“This is what urges us to continue working and I want to thank the governor for this decision, because the water supply began to be guaranteed to the community of Tostado. This allows us planning, because as the mayor it is up to me that the city continues to grow but also guarantee the provision of water. This makes us want to continue, ”he concluded.
Meanwhile, the departmental senator, Raúl Gramajo, said that "it is a special day that will surely remain in the annals of development because it is a work that will have a permanence in time" and stressed that "Governor Lifschitz He planned a very important future for the three departments of the provincial north, through the Plan del Norte ”.
Finally, the manager of the Cooperativa de Potable Water, Housing and Assistance Services of Tostado, Ricardo Bissio, thanked the provincial government and reviewed the works carried out during the last decade: “12 years ago we developed a plan that made it seem impossible, but we had Start and it was done. ” In that framework, he enumerated the works carried out: “The leveling azud, the plants of color and turbidity, the total repair of the reverse osmosis plant and the replacement of part of the distribution network”.
