The economic proposals were known to finish the new “Dr. Violeta Villalobos Hospital”, of Las Grutas. Three companies were presented to complete the work that was interrupted after the previous firm failed to comply with the work. In this context, the Minister of Health, Fabian Zgaib announced that in 60 days the Atlantic Zone will have the first resonator installed at the Zatti Hospital in Viedma.
The tender, chaired by the holder of the health portfolio and his pair of Public Works and Services, Carlos Valeri, had three offers from the companies Urbana ($ 135,794,531), Ute Eca and Oriente (128,454,000) and Zigma ($ 112,940 .000).
There, Zgaib highlighted the short time it took for the Public Works team to redo the new tender and the need to complete the work for health workers and patients. "There are things that can be defined as the health plan for the province and others that are not, such as the irresponsibility of a company that abandoned jobs and other works."
In this context, he stressed: "That three companies present themselves to do this work, in the situation that the country is in, demonstrates that the Province is committed and complies."
Likewise, the Minister of Health announced great news for the area. “The company that will put the resonator in Viedma is already starting to work. In approximately 60 days the Atlantic Zone will have its first resonator ”.
On the other hand, Valeri explained that the work should be completed in a year and a half, and is at 20%. “We terminate the contract for negligence in the deadlines and execution of the work. This company did the same with the hospital of San Carlos de Bariloche and with the Judicial City of Cipolletti (so we do not let this work begin), in Río Negro. The same happened to Neuquén with the Rincón de los Sauces hospital. ”
"We started a new stage with this call for tender because it is a priority for this Government to build and finish the Las Grutas hospital, one of the most important spas in the country."
The play
The building to be completed is located on Buyayiski boulevard, between Río Colorado and Pilcaniyeu streets, and will be built in two blocks, arranged in an L-shape, one for semi-restricted use on continuation of Río Colorado street and another for public use, in front of the boulevard. The period of execution of the work is 420 days.
The new establishment comprises the total intervention of 1,814 m2 that will be deployed in a single plant and will have the following functional areas: ambulatory public admission, external consultation, administration, healthy and vaccinatory control, laboratory and extractions, imaging diagnosis, ambulatory public admission for guard, emergencies, sterilizations, observation and isolated rooms, and guard rooms. |
