According to the approved Bidding Package estimates, the expenses for lecturers and compilation of documents only account for about 5.3% of the total estimate. As such, the main items of the Bidding Package are the work items of the training organization for any training program, not just the training program for grassroots officials and the community under the NTP sustainable poverty.
According to the Contractor, with the same contract requirements as at E-HSMT, although the Contractor has similar contracts of the same nature and fit the aforementioned items of training services but not under the NTP Sustainable poverty will not meet the requirements of E-HSMT.
