The Solstad Offshore will provide a platform supply vessel (PSV) for Total offshore Brazil under a firm charter contract of 13 months. The contract contains options for two six month extensions. Starting this month, AHTS Far Sagaris will be the lead ship until a Solstad fleet PSV takes over at the end of the year. The vessels will support activities in the development of the Lapa field , where Totals partners are Shell, Repsol Sinopec and Petrobras. Also offshore in Brazil, Equinor extended contracts for PSVs Far Scotsman and Normand Serenade for three months until November. Earlier this month, Solstads subsidiary Farstad Supply sold the PSV Far Star, built in 1999. EQUINOR Equinor, an international energy company with a history that fills us with pride.
