The real estate lease goes back to 2011, BRFK sought out an open tender without a public procurement procedure for a rentable site.

BRFK rents 41 thousand square meters instead of the previous 32 thousand, much more expensive. This year, real estate leasing is expected to reach HUF 303 million in BRFK and in the coming years under the article. According to the BRFK, the additional area is needed because "it is necessary to provide additional space and surplus services for the continuous implementation of the criminal record management". The Népszava refers to the fact that the XVI. district, 41 thousand square meters could be purchased for 990 million forints on the market.
The article also reveals that the company that rented the property to the police bought a sinister property at a good rate: Sinvest Hofa registered two or more of the five properties involved in the contract in March 2012 in partial or full ownership in March 2012 when the application was already known.
