Ocyan completed the first phase of its supplier training program this month, which included 33 national and international companies selected by the Compliance area. The training was conducted through an innovative digital platform launched by the company in July of this year, with the objective of training suppliers of materials, service providers and partners in general in the concepts provided in the Ocyan Code of Conduct for Third Parties. The training seeks to guide them in relation to the expected behavior in the scope of the commercial relationship with the company. The e-learning for third parties composes the due diligence process of integrity , which evaluates the risks of hiring outsourced companies before their hiring. Throughout this year, the training, which is already available in Portuguese and English for the external public on the Ocyan website, through the access login request ( http://www.ocyan-sa.com/en/suppliers ) , is being expanded to around 3 thousand third parties that are commercially related to the company, becoming mandatory, as from 2019, prior to the execution of contracts. The training offered by Ocyan is an innovative solution in the market for supplier training .
