In Argos, 17th August 2018, Friday 11:30 am the Board met at a first regular meeting. of DEYARM, at the invitation of the Deputy Chairman of the BoD. Mr. Christos Petseli, for the selection of a contractor for: "Supply of Pipes & Hydraulic Components for the execution of the project titled:" HYDRATION OF T.K FTITIKES - CONSTRUCTION OF POWER SUPPLY FROM TANKING OF NEW HERAKLION TO TANKING TANK (z + 154,70m) "", A budget of 76,575.60 euros, excluding VAT.
The General Manager of DEYARM Mr. Ioannis Kakrimanis addressed the members of the BoD to the first minutes of the open tender procedure on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender for the selection of a contractor for the supply of "Piping & Hydraulic Components" for the execution of the project titled: "WATER SUPPLY T.K. FICHTION - CONSTRUCTION OF POWER SUPPLY FROM TANKING NEW HERAKLION TO TANKING FICHTION (z + 154,70m)" ", budget 76,575.60 euro , without VAT and says the following:
"At Argos and at the offices of the Municipal Water Supply Company - Drainage Argos - Mycenae, on August 3, 2018, Friday, at 13:00, the Tender Committee met. On the 3/8/2018 at 13:00, the deadline for the submission of the participation dossiers was two (2) electronic envelopes through the National Electronic Public Procurement System (EISDIS) which were numbered according to the time of their deposit and were recorded in Table 1 below:

Then, after opening each folder separately, he found that everyone included the following individual folders:
1st Folder: "Entry Documents - Technical Offer" and 2nd Folder: "Financial Offer". Then, at 13:30, the committee proceeded to the electronic opening of the 1st file "Entry Documents - Technical Offer"
On Tuesday 7/8/2018 at 9:00 am, the Commission initialed a leaflet of the original supporting documents filed by the tenderers and partial checking of the content of the electronic file (participation guarantee, standard declaration form (TIEY) in accordance with the specifications set out in the Declaration.
Subsequently, the Commission drew up TABLE 2 from which it appears that the 1st competitor "ANEE TEHNAVA SA" does not meet the conditions for participation in the competition.
In particular, ANEE TEHNANA SA in TEYD, Part IV: Selection criteria, C. Technical and professional capacity for public supply contracts, does not indicate the supplies of goods of the kind in which it has been carried out as defined in Article 2.2.6. of the Declaration.
Subsequently, the Commission rejects the tender of the 1st competitor "ANEE TECHNICAL SA" and continues with the evaluation of the technical tender of the 2nd competitor "EMMANOUIL M. PAPACONSTANTINOU & CO.".
Continuing with the General Manager Mr. Kahrimanis, he refers to the members of the Board of Directors and the 2nd report of the open tender procedure on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender for the selection of the contractor for the supply: "Supply of Pipes & Hydraulic Components for execution of the project titled: "HYDRAULIC T.K. FICHTION - CONSTRUCTION OF POWER SUPPLY FROM TANKING NEW HERAKLION TO TANKER (z + 154,70m)" ", budget 76,575.60 euros, VAT excluded.
The Board having carefully listened to what was said, after a discussion, and white from Mr. Fotis Koleventi BY MAJORITY DECIDED
Approves the first and second minutes of the open tender procedure on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender for the selection of a contractor for the supply: "Supply of Pipes and Hydraulic Components for the execution of the project titled:" WATER SUPPLY T.K FIXTION - CONSTRUCTION OF POWER SUPPLY FROM TANKING NEW HERAKLION TO TANK (z + 154,70m) ", budget 76,575.60 euros, VAT excluded as they have been written and referred to above
Declares a temporary bidder for the supply: "Supply of Pipes & Hydraulic Components for the execution of the project titled:" WATER TREATMENT - CONSTRUCTION OF POWER SUPPLY FROM TANKING NEW HERAKLION TO TANK TICKET (z + 154,70m) "", budget 76,575.60 euros, VAT excluded the company "EMM. M. PAPAKONSTANTINOU & CO "with a total amount of € 70,927.92 (ex VAT). & Amp;
It instructs the Director-General to take further action. " |
