- The Project Management Unit of the State Audit has just announced the plan of selection of contractors for 8 bidding packages and the time for selection of contractors from now to 2018.
According to Decision No. 1679 / QD-KTNN dated August 7, 2008 of the State Audit, the total bidding package price of the eight bidding packages is estimated at VND 253,858 billion. All 8 packages are funded by the state budget and no bidding packages are organized online.
In these 8 packages, 4 tender packages are selected by contractor as domestic contractor selection, not by prequalification, by mode 1 phase 1 dossier bag; One bidding package for selection of contractor through limited domestic bidding, not prequalified is the package of supply and installation of automatic parking system (package price of VND55.1 billion); The remaining 3 tender packages are widely bid in the country.
According to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in 2017, the State Audit is on the list of 41 agencies and units in the country do not select the contractor through the network, does not guarantee the route of bidding through the network regulations.
