According to Plan of Contractor Selection (LCNT) No. 2468 / QÐ-UBND approved by Peoples Committee of Quang Ninh province on 30/6/2017, the project has 7 tender packages, including 1 package of construction and installation, 4 packages procurement of medical equipment and 2 packages of consultancy. With the exception of two tender packages, the remaining tender packages are all open tender. The duration of organizing LCNT of the packages will be implemented in quarter IV / 2017.
The results of the LCNT show that the package No 01 Construction, procurement, installation, installation of information technology equipment, server equipment auxiliary equipment has a high discount rate, up to 7.9% compared The tender package price (VND57.226 billion). The winning bidder is the Thang Long - Sao Bac Dau contractor.
For packages for procurement of medical equipment, Package 02: Procurement, installation, storage and transmission of medical images and information technology software Vietnam won the bid, with the highest discount rate of 14.22% compared to the bidding package price (29.24 billion dong).
The remaining bidding packages have a discount rate ranging from 2 - 2.97%. Specifically, Package No. 05 Procurement, installation of computerized tomography system, emergency resuscitation equipment won by the Association of Dai Phat - Nhat Nam won, the discount rate reached 2.97% compared with the package price. bid (74.2 billion). Package No. 04 Procurement and installation of imaging equipment by the consortium of Science and Technology Materials Trading Co., Ltd - HDN Equipment and Technology Co., Ltd won the bid, the discount rate reached 2.45 % of the tender package price (65.3 billion dong). The project to build 3 intelligent hospitals towards international standards is invested by the Health Department of Quang Ninh province, with a total investment of 306.456 billion.
