Ryazan, July 20 - IA Neftegaz.RU. Ryazan Oil Refining Company ( RNPK ), daughter of Rosneft , has completed a large-scale reconstruction of the primary oil processing unit ELOU-AT-6 with a design capacity of 8 million tons per year. The total investment amounted to 4.5 billion rubles .

Modernization of the installation allowed RNPK to increase the selection of light oil products from 57.2% to 58.3%.
Rosneft is implementing a modernization program for Russian refineries aimed at further increasing the depth of processing and yield of light petroleum products, increasing the output of motor fuels of a high ecological class, improving the product basket, increasing the competitiveness and profitability of the companys Russian refineries.
Rosneft in 2017 sent 31.4 billion rubles to finance projects to develop oil refineries in Russia.
During the work at the RNPK, the process control system at the ELOU-AT-6 unit was improved.
Optimized heat exchange system and increased energy efficiency of the facility.
The installed equipment meets the most stringent requirements for environmental and industrial safety.
Also, a significant amount of work was done to replace sewer networks, fire extinguishing systems, stop valves, reinstatement of a reinforced concrete pedestal, trestles of technological pipelines.
Arranged access roads and the territory of the facility for the comfortable work of staff.
May 30, 2018 Mr. Governor of the Ryazan region N. Lyubimov said that RNPK will direct 6.4 billion rubles for the reconstruction of its refineries.
As a result of consistent modernization of the production of the RNPK, in March 2018 , it began to produce high-octane gasoline AI-100, the first batch of which was supplied for the LADA Sport ROSNEFT racing team.
In addition, the overhaul of the bitumen production plant was completed and the production of road bitumen compliant with modern requirements of the interstate standard was started.
Also, the plant reconstructed the gas fractionation plant (HFC) with the dry gas desulphurization unit, the liquefied petroleum gas collection and storage park.
All projects are aimed at improving the quality of produced petroleum products and minimizing the impact of production on the environment
RNPK is the largest processing enterprise of Rosneft and is one of the four largest refineries in Russia in terms of processing volumes and assortment of products.
The designed processing capacity is 18.8 million tons of oil per year . |
