How to spot corruption in public procurement?
At the workshop, international experts presented a number of measures to identify corruption in the field of public procurement, including:
- Analyze data objectively in terms of outsiders.

- Exchange with non-participating suppliers to know the actual market price and why not participate in the bidding.
