According to the Construction Investment Management Board under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Kien Giang Province, Truong Phat Company Limited is the successful bidder for the 02 Construction Package + equipment under the Project of Investment Construction of new office of Kien Giang DARD and its affiliated units.
Package price is 65.245 billion. The winning bid was VND 63,851 billion, down 2.1% against the price of the bidding package. The selection of contractors shall be conducted in the form of open bidding in the country. Unit price contract adjusted and implemented within 21 months.
Besides Truong Phat, this tender package also involved two other contractors, namely 319 Corporation and Thanh An Construction Joint Stock Company. However, they were rejected because they did not meet the requirements of the bidding documents. In particular, the letter of authorization to sign the tender submitted under the technical proposal of the Corporation 319 does not specify the date, month and year and does not record the time in force. Thanh An 96 Construction Joint Stock Company was excluded from submission of the original documents for comparison with the submitted bids and did not submit documents proving the same geological conditions as lying on the weakest land in question.
