Work Detail Moscow, June 25 - IA Neftegaz.RU. The Board of Directors of RusHydro approved an additional issue of ordinary shares to increase the authorized capital. RusHydro reported this on June 25, 2018. Within the framework of the additional issue, it is planned to issue 14.0139 billion shares with a par value of 1 ruble each. Securities will be placed by open subscription. The increase in the authorized capital of RusHydro is carried out for the purpose of implementing the project of building an electric grid in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Earlier, the Russian government approved an increase in the authorized capital of RusHydro in the amount of up to 13 billion rubles. The additional issue was supposed to be paid by paying 13 billion rubles of budgetary appropriations to the companys capital. RusHydro, in turn, will make a contribution to the authorized capital of Chukotenergo. The board of directors of RusHydro decided to postpone the discussion of the issue of participation in the capital of Chukotenergo to a later date. The contribution to the charter capital of Chukotenergo will allow to finance the construction of 2 1-circuit 110 kV air lines Pevek-Bilibino. RusHydro preliminary estimates investments in the construction of the Pevek-Bilibino power transmission line at 18.4 billion rubles. These overhead lines will become part of the network infrastructure in Chukotka, where Rosatom outlined the phased withdrawal of the Bilibino NPP power units and the commissioning of the floating nuclear thermal power plant ( APPP ) Academician Lomonosov. PEB Academician Lomonosov project 20870 - the main project of a series of mobile transportable power units of low power. The power unit is equipped with KLT-40S reactors, capable of generating up to 70 MW of electricity and 50 Gcal / h of heat. The APEC Lomonosov is designed to replace the outgoing capacity of the Bilibino NPP, which generates 80% of the electricity in the isolated Chaun-Bilibino power system. The 1st unit of the Bilibino NPP is scheduled to stop in 2019, the whole station should be stopped in 2021. In the middle of May, 2017, the nuclear power unit (LEP), Academician Lomonosov, arrived in the port of Murmansk, where launch operations at the power unit and other activities will be carried out. In Murmansk, it will remain until 2019, after which the second stage of towing will begin - in Pevek.
