Work Detail Ten-X, an online real estate transaction marketplace, announced Camille Renshaw as its new head of the institutional group.

Renshaw will be responsible for overseeing Ten-X’s commercial institutional division, which works with hedge funds, private equity groups, financial firms and large corporations in order to help investment managers buy and sell commercial properties.

Renshaw brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, and closed over $20 billion in transactions during her career. Renshaw will be based in the company's New York office.

Before moving to Ten-X, Renshaw was a senior director at the Stan Johnson Company, where she founded the company’s New York office. Before that, she was the director of investment sales at Colliers International.

“Camille's unique experience, proven leadership and sterling reputation across all corners of the commercial real estate industry makes her a perfect fit for effectively engaging our expanding roster of Institutional clients and ensuring that we consistently deliver what they need to be successful,” said Gordon Smith, Ten-X commercial real estate division general manager.

Renshaw's arrival at Ten-X is the latest in a series of additions to the company's commercial real estate division. Last month, real estate executive Eric Paulsen joined the company as a senior vice president of business development, along with Maureen Waters, who became chief marketing officer for the division.
