Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited, has secured a significant contract from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL). The contract, valued at ?49.99 crore including GST, has been awarded under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (VKY-2) — a government initiative focused on enhancing power infrastructure in tribal regions of Gujarat. As part of this turnkey project, Advait Energy Transitions Limited will be responsible for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) systems, along with all associated accessories. While Advait will carry out the core implementation work, the required poles and fabrication materials for the project will be provided by DGVCL. The project is scheduled to be completed within a period of 15 months. This contract further strengthens Advait’s reputation in successfully executing complex energy infrastructure projects across India. It also reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting state-led initiatives aimed at rural development and electrification, particularly in underserved tribal areas |
