Cat part No GSMB-4834 of Sintex or equivalent as per makes approved by command . 24 Supply and fix LED Bulb,12 Watt, 5 star rated, cool day light, base type B22 all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and fix Electric Chimney of size 60 CM, air suction capacity 1250 Nm3/Hr, filterless and dry heatautomatic clean technology, air pipe of size 150 mm dia all as specified and directed. 26 Material and labour Aluminium ducting pipe of 150 mm diaincluding making necessary size hole in wall finishing to match with the surroundings all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 27 Supply and fix Wall mounting fan ,400 mm sweep, 70 CMM, power consumption 50 W all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and fix Modular TV Socket, one module all as specified and directed. 29 Supply and fix Modular Telephone socket, RJ-11, one module all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for telephone wiring with unarmoured solid annealed bare copper industrial cablein concealed of size 0.5 mm, 3 pair with PVC Conduit 25 mm diaall as specified and directed. 31 M&L for TV Wiring with unarmoured coaxial cable, RG-11in concealedwith PVC Conduit 25 mm diaall as specified and directed by engineer in charge . 32 M&L for mild steel box for telephone wiring including blocks, Suitable for 30 Pair all as specified and directed. 33 DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGSTaking down old / perished sub main wiring of 2 runs of 2.5/ 4 Sqmm / 6 Sqmm / 10 Sqmm aluminum/ Copper conductor cable along with TW batten/ PVC conduit all as specified and directed. 34 Taking down Old UNSV light fittings / CFL of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 35 Taking down old/ perished MCB DBs and main switch of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 36 Taking down old and broken ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/geyserof any capacity complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Ceiling fans, Exhaust fans & Geyser deposited to AGE E/M store Yard. 37 EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLYSupply & fix of DWC Pipe IS-16205, inner dia 32 mm, outer dia 40 mm for cable protection in wall/under ground laying of UG cables including SNAP-FIT Coupler and all fittings as required at sitecomplete all as specified and as directed. 38 Supply & fix of LT cable path indicators of oval shaped size 200mmX150mmX6mm thick made of or moulded cast iron and embossing LT UG cable and fixed on MS angle iron 25x25x5mm thick 40 cm in length with two nos nut, bolts and washers, including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of zinc coat primer on exposed surface, angle iron to be fixed in to the ground including suitable PCC work, while returning and filling the excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. 39 FENCING Supply only Mild Steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing of any size of mesh completeall as specified and directed.
