3 The Service Includes The Dismantling And Cleaning Of The Boiler, Checking All Boiler Protection, Automation Checks And Devices Supporting The Boiler Operation, As Well As Checking The Tightness Of The Gas Installation Filled With Gas Fuel And Under The Operating Pressure Of Gas From The Tap From The Boiler At The Boiler For The Gas Device. As Part Of The Inspection, Check The Technical Condition Of The Gas Boiler, Its Components And Auxiliary Fittings Supporting The Boiler, In Particular By: 1) Cleaning The Interior Of The Device And Housing, 2) Cleaning The Primary Heat Exchanger On The Side Of The Flow Of Flue Gas, 3) Cleaning The Main Burner, 4) Checking The Occurrence Of Damage Or Corrosion Of The Mischievous, 5) Checking The Correct Operation Of The Igniter Or Electronic Ignition, The Ignitor, The Operation Of The Ignition, 6) Control Of The Proper Operation Of The Burner In The Central Heating Phase And Hot Water, 7) Checking The Effectiveness Of The Electrical Operation Of The Main Switch Placed On The Boiler, 8) Checking The Effectiveness Of The Central Heating Thermostat. And Hot Water, 9) Checking The Tightness Of The Gas Circuit, 10) Checking The Time Of The Protection Against The Atrophy Of The Chimney Draft, 11) Checking The Tightness Of Water Circuits And Oxidation Traces On The Connectors, 12) Checking The Operation And Patency Of The Outflow From The Safety Valve, 13) Control And Cleaning Of Siphons (Applies To Condensation Boilers), 14) Control Of The Room Regulator, 15) Control Of Air-Spal Cables (Applies To Turbo And Condensing Boilers), 16) Checking The Operation Of The Three-Way Valve, 17) Water Pump Review, 18) Control Of Gaskets And Filters And Their Replacement, The Service Does Not Include The Performance Of Repair Works Involving The Total Or Partial Replacement Of Boiler Elements Or Boiler Support Devices. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services, All Obligations Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party, As Well As The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Settlement Include The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Ppu) Constituting Annex 3 To Swz, Including: 1) Service Implementation Guidelines - Annex 1 To The Ppu, 2) The Address List Of Premises Covered By The Inspection Together With Information On The Number Of Boilers And Their Types, Which Is Attached As An Attachment No. 2 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 2 To Ppu.3.
