The Town Of Princeton (Owner) Invites Proposals, Through This Negotiated Request For Proposal (Nrfp), From Proponents For The Well #4 Upgrades For Climate Change Project.The Proponent Is To Include The Following Work That Represents A Base Proposal:Construction Of New Well No. 7 And Reconfiguration Of Existing Well No. 4 Including Submersible Pumps & Pitless Units.Construction Of Treatment Building Enclosing Uv Disinfection Units, Chlorination, High Lift Pumps, And Related Electrical Components.Separate Baffled Cast-In-Place Chlorine Contact Chamber Having An Effective Volume Of 142 Cubic Meters.Site Works To Accommodate The Above Items.In Addition To Responding To The Base Proposal, The Proponent Is Invited To Propose Any Innovations That The Proponent Believes Will Reduce The Cost Of The Project, Improve The Constructability Of The Project, Or Improve The Performance Of The Facility.
