Tender For Work Of Boiler Pressure Parts And Air Pre-Heaters During Overhauling Of Unit No. 13, 2×200Mw, Btps, Obra - Erection and dismantling of cup-lock scaffoldings 2 General Survey of Boiler Pressure Part (Water wall. Platen water wall, platen SH, CRH, HRH, water wall hanger tube, water wall screen tube, Final SH, ShH screen tube, SH hanger tube, SCW SH, LTSH, Economizer, Cathouse, Doghouse etc.) 3 Rectification/Replacement of damaged/eroded pressure parts tubes by cutting tubes & bends up to 1800 joints 4 Build Up on eroded portion of pressure part tube size 5 Repairing / rectification / Replacement of Economizer coil with Measurements and rectification of coil pitches of economizer and also with SCW (all the Joints which may be required will be counted in s. no.6 - Economizer coil inspection (By taking the Coils outside) 6 Economizer coil inspection (By shifting the coils inside at vacant places) 7 Fins welding of W/W, SCW & saw cut fins etc. (Both side fins welding) 8 Providing additional SS half shield or rectification of old shields in S/H Screen & Hanger tubes, Screen & hanger W/W tubes, LTSH /Economizer coils/ bends and all other areas of boiler pressure parts 9 Alignment (and repairing, if any) of Horizontal & vertical Buck stay beam 10 Replacement of All types of Seals with Holding Strips including seal tabs in both APH 11 Replacement of all Static seal (Along with Static Spool piece) and rotor post seal at CE & HE with repairing of seal ring segments and spool piece at HE & CE in both APH 12 Replacement of Sector Plates of HE/CE as per requirement 13 Repair & Re-installation/ Replacement of Axial Seal Plate 14 Repairing of eroded sector plates (HE/CE) of APH 15 Repair of Bracing pipes in FG side with providing shield in both APH at CE & HE 16 Removal of Hot End Baskets of both APH to boiler-0-meter elevation for repairing/Replacement & jet cleaning. 17 Removal of Cold End Baskets of both APH to boiler 0m elev for repairing/ replacement & jet cleaning 18 Repairing/Replacement of Diaphragm plates, damaged gratings & gratings supports for C.E. and H.E. in both APH 19 Repairing work of APH Shell/ Partition Plate/Center Section etc. by replacing plate for both APH along with rotor shell run out checking and correction 20 Leveling of all sector plates CE & HE of both APH. Adjustment of axial seal plates APH. Rotor leveling of Both APH. Sealing of adjusters of sector plates of HE & CE and Replacement of Axial seal plate adjuster assembly in both APH 21 Inspection and servicing of support bearing assembly and Bearing Housing levelling of both APH 22 Checking, inspection and servicing of Guide bearing and its components (Seal Tube, Air Seal Housing, Guide Trunnion etc.) &servicing of lube oil system & all its components of both APH 23 Checking of drive unit including servicing of gear box, fluid coupling, air motor and servicing/repairing/replacement of both APH soot blowers 24 Repairing of Expansion Bellows of PA/SA/FG Duct 25 Cleaning of washing nozzle of Air Pre-heaters (A&B) 26 Repairing/rectification and tightening of all hangers support/ Tie rods of SA/PA/FG Ducts 27 Lifting and taking out the complete coils in pair of LTSH horizontal coils (upper or lower) after cutting clamps supports, clits, stoppers and releasing from subsequent headers and coil & their restoration after placement of coil 28 Replacement of HE/ CE sector plate beyond 01 no. 29 Repalcement of axial seal plate beyond 01 no. 30 Replacement/ alignment of pin rack 31 Replacement of support bearing (based on inspection) 32 Replacement of guide bearing (based on inspection) 33 Additional HP joints beyond 1800 joints
