1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Endoscopic Diagnostics Equipment - A Video Track With Equipment, Videogastroscopes - 3 Pcs, Video -Circuitos - 3 Pcs. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Risk Of The Contractor, B) Mounting, Starting And Commissioning Of The Equipment In A State Of Full Technical And Utility Efficiency, C) Training Of The Personnel Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Service Of The Offered Assortment. The Object Of The Contract Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Factory New, Not Used Earlier By Third Parties, In Particular It Was Not Used As An Object Used For Demonstration Purposes And Is Of Good Quality. He Was Also Not Convinced Earlier. The Offered Medical Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of 7 April 2022 On Medical Devices (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 1620). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Indicated In This Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Including All Items. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. Marking Of Delivered Materials, Instructions For Use, Product Descriptions Must Be Prepared In Polish. 2. If And Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Equivalent Solutions Described, And Such As Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent. The Member Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of This Procedure, By Means Of Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Indicates That It Should Be Assumed That It Is Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent.
