The Increasing Competences Attributed To The Social Services Management Show The Need To Increase The Dimension Of The Spaces That This Body Occupies, In The Case Of The Gtss Of Burgos, It Has Long Since Reached The Limit Of Its Capacity Trying To Solve The Situation Based On The Transfer Of Spaces By Other Organisms, Being Distributed Its Dependencies Currently In 4 Locations: -C/Ana María Lopidana Nº5 Social Security). -Glorieta De Bilbao Nº4 (Building For Rent). -Glorieta De Bilbao Nº3 (Offices Assigned By The Territorial Delegation Of Burgos). -Paseo De Atapuerca Nº4 (Offices Assigned By The Territorial Service Of Health Of Burgos). The Same Goes For The Burgos Uvapd That Develops In Addition To The Functions Of Valuation Of Disability And Early Care For Minors, Those Of Dependency And Resource Management For People With Disabilities, Distributed In Several Locations, In The C/Juan Padilla Nº7, In C/Ana María Lopidana Nº5 And In Other Spaces. This Diversification Of Spaces Affects The Functioning Of The Centers, Preventing Unified Management And The Development Of Public Employees And Especially Attention To Citizens In Optimal Conditions. For These Reasons, The Social Services Management Aimed, For A Long Time, To Search To Relocate The Gtss And The Uvapd, An Adequate And Sufficient Space To Guarantee The Best Provision And Attention To The Users Of Burgos Social Services. The Social Services Management Was Aware Of An Unused Space In The Old Military Hospital Of Burgos Attached To The Regional Health Management, Specifically The So -Called “Pavilion 3” With An Approximate Area Of 5,200 M2, A Space That Was Considered Suitable To Relocate To The Gtss And The Uvapd, And Whose Use Would Be Compatible With The Health Center And With The Facilities Of The University Of Burgos That Are Located In The Same Building. Therefore, In August 2022, The Social Services Management Requested The Ministry Of Economy And Finance, With The Approval Of The Ministry Of Health, The Mutation Of Destination Of Pavilion 3. The Ministry Of Economy And Finance Issued On October 4, 2022 The Order Of Destination Mutation Of The Regional Health Management To The Social Services Management, Of The Pavilion 3, Located In The Parcel Located On The Paseo De Los Comendores Nº2 Of Burgos. This Pavilion Requires Rehabilitation Works Necessary To Be Able To Implement The Gtss And The Burgos Uvapd, Being The Object Of This Contract. Phase I Referred To The Gtss, Subsequently In Phase Ii The Works For The Uvapd Will Be Executed. In Compliance With The Principles Of Necessity, Suitability And Efficiency Established In Article 28 Of The Lcsp The Nature And Extension Of The Needs That Are Intended To Be Covered By Concluding This Contract,
