Critical processes of punching is done on CNC machines to maintain dimentional accuracy of holes within 0.1 mm.Powder coating is done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT foam as acoustic material & Rock wool for hot zone.Adequate hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel visibility.(D) AMF Panel :- Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) panel made of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick including necessary arrangement to install, testing and commissioning & connecting to load cable up to changeover switch, suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB complete all as per OEM recommendation.(E) Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC platform and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making goodof disturbed area during installation and commissioning of genset. into bore hole to a depth exceeding 40 mtr and upto 150 mtr from ground level, as per IS 3589, painted both inside and outside with black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water purpose including necessary fittings & fixtures by jointing electric welding, complete all as specified and as directed. 67 Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in position low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel strainer pipe 200 mm nominalbore of wall thickness 7.00 mm cagetype wire wound screen ‘V’ shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size 1.6 mm width including necessary end coupling, welding as required and including special sockets for connecting to MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. 68 Supply and fixing mild steel reducer suitable for (250 x 200 mm ) bore casing pipe, 10 mm thick, fitted to casing pipe as per IS 2800 by means ofelectric welding ,complete all as specified and as directed. 69 Material and labour for carrying out electro logging test upto complete drilling depth of tube well for fixing water strata and submitting of Report including its interpretation by a qualified Hydrologist/ground water expert, complete all as specified and as directed. 70 Material and labour for Yield test with the help of V notch for bore well by continiously pimping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield, complete all as specified and as directed. (One running and one stand by) 83 Supply, install, connecting, testing & commissioning of high pressure single head adjustable chemical dozing system of the following specification:-a) Adjustable high pressure 100 PSIG power input 230 V, 50 Hz, max flow rate 02 US GPD to 40 US GPD with mandatory assecceries like lead tubing connecting ferrules, check valves, etc. alongwith 100 Ltr capacity FRP tnk as preperation tank.b) Prepration tank, dozing tank, consist of water inlet line, outlet with Y strainer, overflow conical bottom for sludge deposition and agitator as per OEM Specification. 84 Supply and Installation of Iron remover plant complete with pressure filter, catalytic media, air compressor, back washing facility including RCC foundation of capacity 8000 gallon/hrs, Consisting of following:(a) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of down flow MULTIGRADE FILTER having capacity 35000 LPH/8000 GALLON PER HOUR consisting vertical cylindrical mild steel pressure vessel with dished end, having size of 1200 mm dia X 1875 mm height Vertical type one set of 100 mm dia nominal bore frontal mild steel pipe work for inlet, outlet, back wash and rinse line and 5 No butter fly valve having hand lever type complete all as specified and directed.Note: -(i) The pressure vessel shall be made of Heavy Grade MS Sheet 4 mm thick(ii) Dished ends shall be machine made of Heavy Grade MS Sheet 5 mm thick (iii) The filter plant shall ensure even distribution across the surface area of the filter bed, header, lateral system & bottom collecting system.(iv) The plant shall have Air release arrangement with 2 No pressure gauge to monitor head loss across the filter and sampling cocks on inlet and outlet ends. (Gravels, Pebbles, Silex, Core Silex & Sand).(vi) The filter have man hole, hand hole and supporting legs. 85 (vii) The job shall include necessary surface dressing, PCC/RCC foundation as required complete all as specified & as directed bymanufacturer & the same duly approved by officer.(viii) The vessel shall be painted internally with 2 coats of anticorrosive and nontoxic black bituminous paint (compatible with drinking water) and external surface shall be painted with 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.(ix) The plant shall be designed for a flow of 35000 LPH(x) The MULTIGRADE FILTER shall have first fill of filter as per manufacturer’s instruction.(xi) The TURBIDITY after treatment from should be <=1 PPM. (xii) The backwash frequency shall be every 12 hours (twice a day) for continuous operating unit.
