Advance Contracting Notice Heritage Monuments Conservation In Sigiriya (Dambulla) Brief Description Of The Project: The Program Will Support The Government Of SriLanka In Creating A Resilient, Inclusive, And Sustainable Tourism Sector Through Strategic Reforms And Targeted Catalytic Investments Aimed At Improving Sector Governance, Enhancing Private Sector Participation (Psp), And Boosting Tourist Arrivals And Foreign Exchange Earnings. The Program Combines A Pbl, To Be Delivered Through A Programmatic Approach, With Two Subprograms, And A Project Loan That Will Support Sustainable Tourism And Urban Development Of Two Major Destinations In Dambulla (Including Sigiriya) And Trincomalee To Enhance Visitors Experience, Expand The Green Economy, And Enhance Urban Livability. The Proposed Reforms Of The Pbl Are Aligned With Sri LankaS National Tourism Policy (Ntp) With The Vision Of Transforming The Tourism Sector As The Major Engine Of Inclusive Economic Growth And Sustainable Development. The Project Is Estimated To Cost $107.70 Million With AdbS Loan Financing Of $100 Million ($70 Million For The Subprogram 1; And $30 Million For The Investment Component).
