The Subject Of The Service To Be Awarded Are Engineering Services From The Area Of Elt Technology For Technical Branches Of The General Administration Of The Max Planck Society. The Contract Is Concluded As A Framework Agreement According To § 21 Vgv. Description Of The Procurement: The Subject Of The Award Procedure Includes The Engineering Services To Be Provided As A So-Called Technical Branch From The Area Of Elt Technology As Part Of Ongoing Building Entertainment, Maintenance And Repair Of The Technical Building Equipment And Systems In Accordance With The Contract Submitted With This Application For Participation. The Contractual Services Are Based On §§ 53-56 Hoai. The Technical Branch Supports The Max Planck Society In Building Maintenance Of Its Buildings. Construction Is Maintained According To The Guidelines Of The Max Planck Society For Building Entertainment. In Addition, The Client Also Intends To Award Planning Services For Construction Measures To The Contractor During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Services Are Usually Carried Out When Operated Ongoing. When Providing The Service, Not Only The Special Requirements Of The Highly Installed Buildings And The Corresponding Technical Systems, But Also The Work Processes Common In Research And Science Must Be Taken Into Account. By Submitting The Application For Participation, The Applicants Declare That They Are Able To Provide The Services Within The Specified Period And In Particular That They Have The Necessary Professional, Personnel, Factual And Temporal Funds. The Special Requirements For The Provision Of Services May Make It Necessary To Be Available To The Request Of The Client For Voting Talks On Site: 36 Months, Start: 01.01.2026, End: 31.12.2028
