The City Of Calgary (“The City”) Requires Suppliers Capable Of Providing Collision/Hail And Paintless Dent Repair On City-Owned Vehicles And Equipment On An As-Required Basis To Assist With Operational Requirements Throughout The City. The City Requires Multiple Suppliers To Assist With Collision Repair Services On City-Owned Vehicles And Equipment When The City Does Not Have Internal Capacity To Complete The Repairs In A Timely Manner, As Outlined In The Schedules Below:•Schedule A - Collision Repair Services On Small And Medium Fleet Vehicles •Schedule B- Collision Repair Services On Heavy Fleet Vehicles And Equipment•Schedule C- Hail Damage And Paintless Dent Repair Servicesthe City’S Intent Is To Establish Standing Rates And Terms Upon Which The Supplier Can Be Called Up When A Specific Need Arises. Additionally, Suppliers Will Be Required To Assist With Repair Services If And When Natural Weather Events Occur That Cause Significant Damage, Such As Thunder And Hailstorms. Suppliers May Be Required To Coordinate Directly With Insurance Adjusters And Provide Documentation/Photos As Part Of The Claims Process.
